22nd SCEJ Students Meeting in Okayama (2020)

1. The speaker should be one of the following:

   • Undergraduate student of universities
   • Undergraduate or graduate student of colleges of technology
   • High school student

   One or more of the authors should be SCEJ regular member/honorary member, employee of SCEJ corporate member companies. Application for high school students is not limited.

2. The Meeting in Okayama is targeted for the west of the Kansai area. In the east of the Tokai area, please apply to the Meeting in Tokyo.

3. The aim of the SCEJ Students Meeting is to provide a chance for young students to develop their abilities through the research presentation and the active discussion.

You can make correction to your application form that has been submitted. The correction can be made on the web until the application deadline. Go to the ‘Correction of submitted application form’ page.

Regarding the patent application including an invention presented at the SCEJ Meeting, contact the Headquarters Office of SCEJ. The publication date of the lecture summary is scheduled to be 17th February, 2020.

You are requested to submit a manuscript of the preprint. A PDF file of the manuscript can be submitted over the Internet. See the instruction below.

The “Book of Preprints” will be published on line.

The PDF file can be overwritten by uploading a revised version any times by the deadline. No submission and revision are allowed after the deadline of the manuscript submission.
