Correction of submitted application form

You can submit/update the application form from 8th May 2023 by 11:59 pm of 15th June 2023 (JST).

You can make correction to your application form that has been already submitted. Input the acknowledgement number and the password first. After the password authentification, the application form filled with your current application information will be displayed. Correct the contents and submit the corrected form.
