Notice on the Venue of the Meeting
Depending on the future situation of coronavirus (COVID-19), The SCEJ 51st Autumn Meeting was decided to be a virtual (on-line) meeting. All events at the venue (Iwate University) including Banquet was cancelled. Ceremony and Symposia will be held on the internet using a videoconference system (Zoom). Therefore all participants (incl. speakers, audiences and chairs) must prepare Zoom to use. See Announcements about the Venue of the Meeting page for details.
The attendee and the speaker (except invited person) must register to attend the meeting.
If the speaker (except invited person) will not complete both the registration to the meeting and the payment of the registration fee;
SCEJ individual member: The on-site registration fee of the present meeting will be involved in the next bill of the SCEJ annual member fee.
Other than SCEJ individual member: We will send a letter to ask the speaker to join the SCEJ Individual Member, attached with a bill of the on-site registration fee. If the speaker will not join the SCEJ Individual Member, the speaker will not be able to become an applicant and/or a speaker of the presentation at the future SCEJ Annual and Autumn Meetings.

Discount and Early access to the on-line Preprints(Abstracts) will be available.
(Earlybird-registered participants will get the ID/PW on September 10(Thu), 2020.)
The registration fee does not include “Book of Preprints(Abstracts)” (USB memory stick). It is sold SEPARATELY at 3,300 JPY/each (TAX included).

The "On-site" Registration is now available at on-line by 12:00 (JST) of Sept. 26. closed.
Only credit cards can be used for payment at the On-site registration.
