The focus of this international symposium is on nanomaterials syntheses and energy-related applications. We invite Prof. Hsing-Yu Tuan, National Tsing Hua University, the winner of "The SCEJ Award for Outstanding Asian Research Award Winner 2019", and discuss recent progress on nanomaterials for secondary batteries, fuel cells, hydrogen production, solar cells, carbon dioxide capture, and other energy conversion/storage technologies. This symposium is closely related to the symposium "Recent Progress in Energy Conversion and Storage - Devices and Systems -".
