This symposium consisting of oral presentations, will focus on basic studies on micro unit operations that realize reaction, mixing, heat exchange, and separation in micro space, development of microfluidic devices and sensors, automation/IoT of microdevices, process analysis and optimization, design and control methods for micro plants, industrial application of microprocess technology, and so on.
