The Meeting is planning to be an "on-site"-based partly-hybrid meeting. Oral sessions will be streamed over the internet. Poster sessions (Program IDs starting "P") will be "on-site" only sessions, but Posters will be displayed both at the on-site venue and on the internet.

Poster sessions will be "on-site" only sessions, but Posters will be displayed both at the on-site venue and on the internet. It can be changed to a completely virtual meeting depending on the future situation.

Notice

1. All the presentations on the "hybrid" sessions will be streamed on the internet. It is considered as "automatic public transmission". The speaker is responsible for this. Recording in any form will be strictly prohibited.
2. The Poster sessions (including Flash sessions) will be the "on-site" only sessions. (No internet streaming.) Both the speakers and audiences must come to the on-site venue in order to attend the session. However, the poster will be displayed both on-site venue and on the internet (GOING VIRTUAL).
3. As mentioned above, it can be changed to a completely virtual meeting depending on the future situation.

As an initiative to disseminate information from the SCEJ, the Organizing Committee will select "Featured presentations" and will post a press release. [Press release of previous Meetings]. Select your request. Please describe the point of the presentation in the "Abstract" box if you have selected "Yes". (Please note that the Committee may not be able to meet your request and that the Committee may select from non-requested presentations.)

Provision of personal information▲to TOC

The personal information written on the application form will be provided to the session organizers. It can be direct contact from the organizers. The name of organizers will be shown on the Topics list page.
