| Abstracts: | 本セミナーでは、化学プロセス開発を支援する株式会社シムアーツが、Aspen PlusやAspen Custom Modelerなどを用いたCO2回収収プロセス、SAF(持続可能な航空燃料)を含むeFuel製造プロセスのモデリング・概念設計・コスト評価支援について紹介します。 さらに、同社が日本代理店を務めるTridiagonal Software社と共に、混合槽内流動の高度解析を可能にするMixITソフトウェアを活用した混合シミュレーション技術についても解説します。ミキシングの基本からCFD(数値流体力学)によるスケールアップまで、実務に直結する知識をご提供します。 |

| Title: | Smart Operation and Control of Biochemical Processes Using ProcessMetaverseTM (PMv) |
| Abstracts: | This seminar introduces ProcessMetaverseTM (PMv), SIMACRO's advanced process digital twin platform, and showcases its practical applications in the smart operation of biochemical processes. Real-world use cases will be presented, including steady-state digital twins applied to reconfigurable cascade membrane and evaporation systems, enabling flexible configuration and optimal decision-making under varying process conditions. Additionally, dynamic digital twin models will be highlighted for fermentation and multi-effect evaporation processes, where advanced control techniques such as adaptive control and model predictive control (MPC) were implemented. The session aims to deliver a compelling overview of PMv's transformative potential in modern process manufacturing. |
