Top > Application > Session ST-30

Organizer(s): Tanaka Manabu (Kyushu Univ.), Kobayashi Nobusuke (Gifu Univ.), Mori Shinsuke (Science Tokyo)

Plasma processing is gaining increasing attention as an advanced technology for materials synthesis and environmental solutions. Its applications span nanoparticle synthesis, functional thin films, surface treatment, hazardous substance removal, and energy fields such as hydrogen production.

This symposium will provide a platform to discuss both fundamental and applied aspects of plasma processing and to explore new directions in chemical engineering. Excellent student presentations will be awarded the Plasma Symposium Best Student Award.
