Table of contents

The Meeting is planning to be basically an "on-site" meeting. Part of the sessions (SP-1,2,3, HQ-12,13) will be hybrid (on-site and online) sessions. [List of hybrid sessions]

All presentations are requested to made at the ON-SITE venue, whereas the session is hybrid or not. If you want to make online presentation, please contact the Organizing Committee before the application.

Oral Presentations

Speech time General presentations : 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
(Exception: 12 minutes for speech and 7 minutes for discussion for SY-77,SY-79,SY-80 )
Invited lectures : 35 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for discussion in general.
Alarm 20-min presentation: 12 min (1st), 15 min (2nd), 19 min (3rd)
(Exception: 9 min, 12 min, 19 min for SY-77,SY-79,SY-80 )
40-min presentation: 32 min (1st), 35 min (2nd), 39 min (3rd)
Language Japanese or English
on-site Speakers Please bring your HDMI (Type A)-equipped PC with your presentation material. There is no need to install Zoom in the case. Widescreen compatible.

Poster Presentations

The poster session will be conducted on-site only.

Postersize Maximum postersize is 'A0' portrait (W 841 mm, H 1189 mm).
Language Poster: English. (Japanese is accepted for HQ-14 and SY-62.)
Presentation: Japanese or English
Display Display your poster on the posterboard before the start of the session by yourself. The poster must be removed at the end of the session by yourself.
Session time About 2-3 hrs (Plan).
