Mixing phenomena are observed in a wide range of processes, including chemical reactions, materials processing, biotechnology, environmental systems, energy, and food production. Their spatiotemporal scales vary significantly depending on the equipment and target systems.
From a broad range of perspectives, this symposium aims to advance both the scientific understanding and technological development of mixing. It covers a wide spectrum of topics related to mixing and agitation, ranging from fundamental mixing phenomena to equipment and process design.
The "Encouragement Award" and "Presentation Award" of Symposium Award of Division of Fluid Particle Processing will be given to the outstanding presentations among those entries. For details, please check the application guidelines below.
