We will invite speakers from industry and academia to give talks on gender equality based on their own experiences. There will also be a speech by the winner of the Women's Award, which is given to women who have achieved outstanding technical and research achievements in chemical engineering-related fields. Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion with the speakers on the theme of "What efforts are needed to increase the number of female engineers?"
