Access Information
The On-site venue is Yoshida Campus (Yoshida-South Campus and Main Campus), Kyoto University.

The venue of Banquet is B1 Exhibition Hall B, Miyako Messe.
- Please use public transportations.
- No Smoking in the Campus and on the Road.
- The Cafeterias in the Yoshida-South Campus and the Main Campus will be closed during the Meeting.
Please use the Cafeteria Renais in the West Campus during Mar. 17-19 11:30 - 13:30. (Please do not use other Co-op cafeterias.)
You can use also the off-campus Dinings and Shops. (Locations are indicated on the Access/Campus Map.)

From Station to the Campus
Please check the direction of the bus (Both 201 and 206 are circular route.)
- From JR/Kintetsu Kyoto Station (use Subway and Bus) (Recommend Route)
- Take the Subway and then transfer to the "201" Bus (via Gion) at "Imadegawa" Station. Get off at "Kyodai Seimon-mae" Stop (About 10 min. on Subway and about 15 min. on Bus).
- From Keihan Railway Demachiyanagi Station (walk or use Bus)
- Get off at the Keihan "Demachiyanagi" Station and walk to the east (About 20 min.) or take the "201" Bus (via Gion) and get off at "Kyodai Seimon-mae" Stop (About 5 min on Bus).
- From JR/Kintetsu Kyoto Station (use Bus)
- Get off at the JR/Kintetsu "Kyoto" Station (Karasuma Exit). Take the "206" Bus (via Gion) from the "D2" Pole and get off at "Kyodai Seimon-mae" Stop (About 30 min. on bus).
(Please note that the 206 bus from the "A3" Pole is opposite direction.)
- From Hankyu Railway Kyoto Kawaramachi Station (use Bus)
- Get off at the Hankyu "Kyoto Kawaramachi" Station. Take the "201" Bus (via Gion) and get off at "Kyodai Seimon-mae" Stop (About 20 min. on bus).
To Banquet hall "Miyako Messe"
- From Campus by Bus
- Take the southbound "201" or "206" bus and get off at "Higashiyama Nijo / Okazaki Koen-guchi" Stop. (About 5 min on bus.)
- From Campus by walk
- Walk south and turn left (east) at "Higashiyama Nijo" . (About 20-25 min on foot)
- From JR/Kintetsu Kyoto Station
- Get off at the JR/Kintetsu "Kyoto" Station (Karasuma Exit). Take the "206" Bus (via Gion) from the "D2" Pole and get off at "Higashiyama Nijo / Okazaki Koen-guchi" Stop (About 25 min. on bus).
- From Subway Higashiyama Station
- About 8 min on foot.
- From Keihan Railway Sanjo Station
- About 14 min on foot.
- From Hankyu Railway Kyoto Kawaramachi Station
- Take the "201" Bus (via Gion) and get off at "Higashiyama Nijo / Okazaki Koen-guchi" Stop (About 15 min. on bus).
From Airports to Kyoto

From Osaka (Itami) Airport [ITM]
- Limousine Bus (About 50-55 min. to JR Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi Exit)
- Take the bus at "2" Pole and get off at "Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi".
- Osaka Monorail and Hankyu Railway (About 70 min. to Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi Station
- Take the Osaka Monorail and transfer to Hankyu Kyoto Line at "Minami-Ibaraki" Station and get off at "Kyoto Kawaramachi" Station.
From Kansai International Airport [KIX]
- JR Ltd. Exp. "Haruka"（About 80-90 min. to JR Kyoto Station)
- Take the JR Ltd. Exp. "Haruka" and get off at "Kyoto" Station.
- Limousine Bus (About 80-90 min. to JR Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi Exit)
- Take the bus at "8" Pole (Terminal 1) or "2" Pole (Terminal 2) and get off at "Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi".
