PROCESS SCIENCE project ("Process Science Toward Design and Control of Nanomaterials", MEXT, Japan; FY2019-FY2025) is the world leading project for developing chemical engineering thermodynamics of nanoparticles and designing nanoparticle process based on the knowledge. Structural formation of nanoparticles during the processing has been intensively studied. In this symposium, based on the philosophy of process science, outstanding researchers are invited to have interesting discussions on cutting-edge studies related to process science. This symposium covers widely various topics in chemical engineering for nanomaterials, such as phase behavior, transport properties, unit operations, and structural formation of nanoparticles.
