SP) Special Symposium

SP-2. [Special Symposium] Process Science for Nanomaterials and Interfaces

Organizer(s): Yoko Akira (Tohoku Univ.), Tomai Takaaki (Tohoku Univ.), Nagao Daisuke (Tohoku Univ.)

In the Process Science project, rigorous attempts to treat nanoparticles as pseudo-molecules were conducted toward the establish of chemical engineering thermodynamics of nanoparticles and unit operations of processes for nanoparticles. Structure formation of nanoparticles is also studied. In this symposium, the results of these efforts will be presented and discussed toward the construction of chemical engineering of nanomaterials.
