1. Application of the Presentation (May 8(Mon) - 11:59 pm of Jun. 15(Thu), 2023)
Check Important notice and Submission & Application and find your topics code from Topics code list. Make your Application at Application form(the page will open on May.).
2. Registration to the Meeting (Will start on Jul., 2023., -)
All participants (incl. Speakers and Audiences; excl. invited persons) are requested to make registration to the Meeting and payment of registration fee.
Details will be found at Registration.
3. Submission of Preprint manuscript (Jul. 3(Mon) - 11:59 pm of Aug. 9(Wed), 2023)
Check Preprint manuscript guideline and Manuscript submission. Submit your Preprint manuscript from Manuscript submission / updating form(the page will open on Jul.).
4. Submission of Poster (Poster presentations only) (Jul. 3(Mon) - 11:59 pm of Sep. 5(Tue), 2023)
The Posters will be displayed on BOTH posterboard (physical) and internet (GOING VIRTUAL).
Check the Guideline of poster and submit your poster from Poster submission / updating form(the page will open on Jul.).
Please keep in mind for physical display by yourself.
