The present Meeting is planning to be an "on-site"-based partly-hybrid meeting. (Poster sessions will be "on-site" only sessions, but Posters will be displayed both at the on-site venue and on the internet.)

Oral presentations▲to TOC

Speech Time of general presentations: 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
12 minutes for speech and 7 minutes for discussion (SY-78, SY-80, SY-81, SY-82).

Poster presentations▲to TOC

The poster session and flash session will be conducted on-site, but the poster will be displayed both on-site and online (GOING VIRTUAL).
The speaker of poster session must display your poster on the posterboard by yourself and must submit the pdf file of your poster by 11:59 pm of Sep. 5(Tue), 2023.

Poster size: Maximum postersize is 'A0' portrait (W 841 mm, H 1189 mm).

Session Time: 1.5 - 3 hours (depending on the session).
Core Time: almost 1 hour (depending on the session).
