Presentation Guide

The Meeting is planning to be an "on-site"-based partly-hybrid meeting. Only the hybrid symposia can be attended online. The hybrid symposia are all symposia except HQ-21 and X-51. All general sessions (Except IS-1), HQ-21, and X-51 are on-site only.
The live streaming can be accessed from here (GOING VIRTUAL).

Any form of recording is prohibited without permission from the Organizing Committee.

Oral Presentation

Speech time General presentations : 15 minutes for speech and 4 minutes for discussion.
Invited lectures : 35 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for discussion in general.
Language Japanese or English (Only English for International symposia)
Alarm 20-min presentation: 12 min (1st), 15 min (2nd), 19 min (3rd)
40-min presentation: 32 min (1st), 35 min (2nd), 39 min (3rd)
There is no alarm for online presentation. Please check your presentation time by yourself.
on-site Speakers Please bring your HDMI-equipped PC with your presentation material. There is no need to install zoom in the case.
Online speakers: Name setting Once you are in your session, please modify your name:

Speaker Paper ID [space] Name.
Ex) SpeakerA301 Yayoi KASUGA
* Find your Paper ID at Program page.

Return your name to an Audience participator after completing your presentation.

Poster Guideline

The poster session will be conducted on-site only.

Postersize Maximum postersize is 'A0' portrait (W 841 mm, H 1189 mm).
Language Poster: English. (Japanese is accepted for HQ-21.)
Presentation: Japanese or English
Display Display your poster on the posterboard before the start of the session by yourself. The poster must be removed at the end of the session by yourself.
Session time
General sessions (Hall P)
Core time: First half (60 min) for odd-number; Second half (60 min) for even-number.
HQ-21 (Hall Q)
13:00-13:30 Self-introduction
13:30-14:30 Core time for even-number.
14:30-15:30 Core time for odd-number.
15:30-16:00 Free time

Student Poster Award

Excellent Poster presentations made by SCEJ Student Member or SCEJ International Student Member will be awarded. Please select entry or not entry to the Award.
