The Meeting is planning to be an "on-site"-based partly-hybrid meeting. Only the hybrid symposia can be attended online. The hybrid symposia are all symposia except HQ-21 and X-51. All general sessions (Except IS-1), HQ-21, and X-51 are on-site only.
The live streaming can be accessed from here (GOING VIRTUAL).
All Participants(Incl. Speakers, Chairs, Audiences; Excl. Invited persons) are requested to make registration to the Meeting.
No on-site registration available.
If you are an audience of public sessions (SP-1 and HC-11) only, you can also select Free registration to the public sessions.
If you are a Speaker or are planning to attend any non-public sessions, please make normal (Non-free) registration below.

There are a lot of merits for the early registration. Several restrictions will apply to the participants who registered in Period-III.

The Speaker (except Invited person) is requested to make the Registration by a week before the Meeting.
If the speaker (except invited person) will not complete both the registration to the meeting and the payment of the registration fee;
SCEJ individual member (Both meetings): The registration fee (Price of Period-III) of the present meeting will be involved in the next bill of the SCEJ annual member fee.
Other than SCEJ individual member (SCEJ Annual Meeting): We will send a letter to ask the speaker to join the SCEJ Individual Member, attached with a bill of the registration fee (Price of Period-III). If the speaker will not join the SCEJ Individual Member, the speaker will not be able to become an applicant and/or a speaker of the presentation at the future SCEJ Annual and Autumn Meetings and IChES.
The payment check of your SCEJ annual fee will be conducted before accessing the Registration form.
Discount available for the Employee of SCEJ Corporate member or the Employee of SCEJ Divisional Corporate member.
If you will join the SCEJ individual member, discount will be available.
If you are a Speaker or Applicant, you must join the SCEJ (or AIChE, CIESC, DECHEMA, IIChE, KIChE, TwIChE). Check the Requirements.
The SCEJ outsources the all operations concerning the registration and payment to an outside company (Keio Travel Agency).
