In this session, we will openly share the current status and challenges of human resource development in the field of chemical engineering from the perspectives of universities, industry, and academic societies. By presenting issues from various viewpoints?including the state of university education, the needs of industry, and the initiatives of academic societies?we aim to build a common understanding that will serve as a starting point for future discussions and collaboration. This session will be valuable not only for those interested in human resource development, but also for anyone wishing to learn about the current situation in education and industry.
